Planting & Growing Guide
Dahlias thrive in full sun and well-draining soil. Plant tubers after all danger of frost has passed, 4–6" deep and spaced 12–18" apart depending on variety size. Pinch young plants at ~12" tall to encourage bushiness and more blooms. Provide sturdy support for taller stems. Water consistently (avoid waterlogging) and deadhead regularly to extend the season. In cooler regions, lift tubers after frost, cure, and store in a cool, dry place for replanting next year.

Care Instructions
Care Instructions
Dahlia Tubers need to store in a cool and dark place. I use water misted vermiculite. Please note that I am in zone 11 and your planting zone may likely need a completely different method of storage. Our tubers are shipped with the intention of the customer planting right away. Please look up proper dahlia planting for your zone.
