We do not offer refunds—please read descriptions carefully and review photos before placing your order. 🌸

When your tubers arrive, open and inspect them right away. Damaged packages must make a claim with shipping courier. 

Once tubers leave our farm healthy, their success depends on how they’re planted and cared for. Please remember—tubers are living, perishable products and require attentive growing conditions.

Dahlia tubers naturally vary in size, shape, and appearance by variety. Small, slender, or irregularly shaped tubers are normal and fully viable. Refunds are not offered based on tuber size, shape, or cosmetic appearance. 

We only ship tubers we would confidently plant ourselves here at the farm. Some may arrive in unusual shapes or sizes, but rest assured—even the “ugly” tubers grow into beautiful plants. 🌿✨
