Terms of service
By placing an order with Kula Dahlia Farm, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for your order to ship. We ship orders as they are placed and do not hold orders, ship on requested dates, or adjust shipping schedules based on planting zones, climate, or personal preference. Customers are responsible for ordering when they are prepared to receive and care for their tubers.
All tubers are sold individually and shipped per order. We do not combine shipping on multiple orders or adjust shipping charges after purchase.
We ship within the United States only and are unable to ship internationally due to agricultural import regulations.
Living Plant Material
Dahlia tubers are living, perishable plant material. Tubers are packed specifically for transit and should be unpacked promptly upon arrival. Once tubers leave our farm healthy, their success depends on factors beyond our control, including planting conditions, climate, soil, watering, storage, and care.
Size, Shape & Appearance
Dahlia tubers naturally vary in size, shape, and appearance by variety. Small, slender, or irregularly shaped tubers are normal and fully viable. Tuber size or cosmetic appearance does not affect plant performance or bloom quality and does not constitute a defect.
Growing Conditions & Performance
Plant growth, vigor, bloom production, and overall performance vary based on climate, planting timing, soil conditions, sunlight, watering, fertilization, and grower experience. Because these factors are outside our control, Kula Dahlia Farm cannot guarantee plant performance, growth habits, bloom quantity, bloom quality, or outcomes once tubers are planted.
Dissatisfaction related to plant growth, performance, or results does not constitute a defect and is not grounds for a refund or replacement.
Refunds & Liability
Refunds are not offered for issues related to tuber size, shape, cosmetic appearance, planting outcomes, or growing performance. We guarantee that tubers are viable at the time they leave our farm. Damaged packages must be reported to the shipping carrier. If there are concerns about viability upon arrival, customers must contact us promptly with photos for review.
By completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service as well as our Shipping and Refund Policies.
