Shipping policy

Orders are packed and shipped in the order they are received. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship. We do not hold orders or ship on requested dates. Please place your order only when you are ready to receive and care for your tubers.

Each order is packed and shipped individually. We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders or adjust shipping charges after purchase.

Dahlia tubers are living plant material and are packed specifically for the duration of transit. Tubers should be unpacked promptly upon arrival.

Please note: Dahlia tubers naturally vary in size, shape, and appearance by variety. Small or irregularly shaped tubers are normal and fully viable. Tuber size does not affect plant performance or bloom quality.

Once tubers leave our farm healthy, their success depends on planting conditions, climate, and care. Tubers are perishable products and require attentive growing conditions.

Damaged packages must be reported to the shipping carrier. If you have concerns about viability upon arrival, please contact us promptly with photos so we can review.
